7. Do you offer financing?

Yes. We offer flexible financing options allowing you to purchase the equipment you need today and pay over time. Financing can be applied for at checkout. Checking your rate has no impact on your credit score.


Shipping & Delivery

8. How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase. Transit times typically range from 1-7 business days depending on your location and the size of the item. Standard curbside delivery usually arrives within 5-7 business days from dispatch.

Some products may have a lead time which could extend delivery. Our team will contact you promptly if this applies to your order.

9. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Prime Strength Co offers free standard curbside shipping on all qualifying US orders. No hidden freight charges, no surprises at checkout.


10. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details within 24 hours. This will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received tracking information within 6 business days of your order please contact us at sales@primestrengthco.com


11. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


12. What delivery options do you offer?

We offer three delivery options depending on the product and your requirements:

  • Standard Curbside Delivery — Free. Delivered to your kerb or driveway
  • Threshold Delivery — Brought to your porch, entryway or garage area
  • White Glove Delivery — Delivered to your room of choice, minor assembly included, all packaging removed

Contact us prior to ordering if you require Threshold or White Glove delivery to confirm availability and pricing for your specific order.


Returns & Warranty

13. What is your return policy?

We offer a straightforward 30 day return policy on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy page for full details and instructions.


14. Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Every product sold through Prime Strength Co comes with the full manufacturer warranty included. As an authorised dealer for the brands we carry your warranty is valid, protected and fully supported from the date of purchase.


15. What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately at sales@primestrengthco.com with your order number, a description of the damage and photos where possible. We will resolve the situation swiftly and ensure you receive your equipment in perfect condition.


Price Match

16. Do you offer a price match guarantee?

Yes. If you find the same product at a lower price from a qualifying authorised retailer within three months of your purchase date we will match it and refund the difference. Please visit our Price Match Guarantee page for full terms and instructions on how to submit a request.

17. Do you offer military or first responder discounts?

Yes.
