This applies to:
- Lower prices found on a competitor's website at the time of your request
- Lower prices found on our own website after your purchase date

How To Request A Price Match
Requesting a price match is simple:
- Email us at sales@primestrengthco.com
- Include a direct link to the identical product on the competitor's website or our own website
- Submit your request within three months of your original order date
- Our team will verify the price and process your refund accordingly
That's it. We aim to resolve all price match requests within 1-2 business days.
Price Match Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee the following conditions must be met:
- Purchase first — the item must have been purchased through primestrengthco.com prior to submitting your price match request
- Identical product — the item must be the exact same product, brand, model and specification
- In stock — the item must be currently in stock and available for purchase on the competitor's website at the time of your request
- Authorised retailer — the competitor must be a verified authorised retailer of the product in question
- Online retailer only — the competitor must operate as an online store. Competitors with physical retail locations only are not eligible
- No auction or discount sites — prices from eBay, Overstock, Craigslist or similar auction and discount platforms are not eligible
- Includes shipping — the price match covers the product price and shipping charges combined, excluding applicable sales tax
- No promotional pricing — rebates, bundle offers, buy one get one free promotions, flash sales, clearance pricing and limited time offers are not eligible for price matching
Holiday Season Exclusion
Please note that our Price Match Guarantee is not applicable during the holiday shopping period from November 15th through January 3rd due to the volume of limited time promotional pricing across the industry during this period.
Commercial & Institutional Price Matching
For bulk orders, commercial facility purchases or government and institutional procurement we offer dedicated pricing discussions. If you are outfitting a facility and have received a competitive quote from another supplier contact our commercial team directly at sales@primestrengthco.com and we will do everything we can to meet or beat it.
