At Prime Strength Co we are committed to delivering your gym equipment safely, efficiently and transparently. From the moment you place your order to the moment your equipment arrives, we want you to know exactly what to expect. Please read through our shipping policy carefully and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.


Free Shipping On All Orders

Prime Strength Co offers free standard shipping on every order across the contiguous United States — regardless of size, weight or order value. No hidden fees, no freight surcharges added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Eligibility: Every product listed on primestrengthco.com qualifies for free standard shipping. Whether you're ordering a single accessory or a complete commercial gym fit-out, free shipping applies.

Shipping Method: The carrier and method used depends on the size and weight of your order:

  • Small to mid-size items — shipped via standard carriers including UPS, FedEx and USPS
  • Large or heavy equipment — shipped via Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight carriers for safe and secure delivery of oversized items

Order Processing

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. This confirms we have received your order and authorised payment to begin processing. Your confirmation will include your order details, shipping address and order number. If you don't receive this email please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Processing Time

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be accepted, confirmed and prepared for shipment. If for any reason your order is delayed beyond this window our team will contact you by phone or email immediately.

Preparation & Packing

Once confirmed your order will be carefully packed and prepared for dispatch. Preparation time varies depending on the size, weight and shipping method required. Each product page on our site includes a specific estimated lead time. If you're unsure about your product's timeline feel free to contact us at info@primestrengthco.com and we'll confirm it for you.


Shipping Methods

Standard Ground Shipping — UPS, FedEx, USPS

Smaller and lighter items are shipped via standard ground carriers including UPS, FedEx and USPS. These orders follow a standard delivery process similar to most online purchases. Delivery is made to your door or driveway depending on the size and weight of the item.

Tracking information typically becomes available within a few business days of your order being placed. Please refer to the individual product page for specific shipping timelines.

LTL Freight Shipping — Curbside Delivery

Larger and heavier items such as power racks, functional trainers, leg press machines and commercial equipment are shipped via LTL freight carriers.

What curbside delivery includes:

  • Delivery to the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible point at the boundary of your property
  • A scheduled delivery appointment — the freight company will call you once your shipment arrives at the local terminal to arrange a suitable time
  • A signature required at time of delivery

What curbside delivery does not include:

  • Moving equipment inside your home, garage or facility
  • Assembly of any kind
  • Removal or disposal of packaging materials

Important: In most cases you will need to unload the item from the truck yourself. Please prepare accordingly for your delivery. Lift gate charges are additional unless otherwise specified on the product page.


Tracking & Transit Times

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. For freight shipments you will also receive a Bill of Lading number allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

After leaving our warehouse transit times typically range from 1-7 business days depending on your location and the size of your order. While delays are uncommon they can occasionally occur due to carrier or freight terminal circumstances outside our control.


Receiving Your LTL Freight Delivery

Scheduling Your Delivery

For all LTL freight shipments the carrier will contact you directly once your order reaches your local freight terminal to schedule a delivery appointment window. You must be available to sign the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. If you are not present redelivery fees may apply.

At The Time Of Delivery

Your pallet or pallets will be lowered from the truck using a lift gate and delivered curbside or to the nearest safe accessible drop-off point. For properties with a loading dock the driver will deliver directly to the dock.

Inspect Before Signing — Critical

Before signing the delivery receipt carefully inspect all boxes and pallets for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage or potential damage write "DAMAGED — PLEASE REVIEW" clearly on the delivery receipt before signing.

Immediately take photos and videos of all damage and send them to us at info@primestrengthco.com

Check Your Items

Once delivery is complete open your boxes and inspect all items for missing or damaged parts within 2-3 business days of delivery. Report any issues to us within this window so we can assist you promptly.

Severe or Irreparable Damage

In rare cases where your shipment arrives with severe structural damage or critical components are broken beyond use — document everything thoroughly with photos and videos and refuse the delivery, noting the damage with the driver at the time.

Shipping Damage Policy

We understand how frustrating it is when equipment arrives damaged. Here is how we handle it:

For standard carrier deliveries (UPS, FedEx, USPS):

  • Inspect your items upon arrival
  • Report any damage to the carrier within 7 days
  • Send photos to info@primestrengthco.com and we will manage the claim

For LTL freight deliveries:

  • Inspect everything before the carrier leaves your property
  • Note all damage and shortages on the Bill of Lading before signing
  • Send photos and videos to info@primestrengthco.com immediately

Our resolution process: Our first line of resolution for damaged equipment is always to dispatch the correct replacement parts as quickly as possible. We stand fully behind every product we sell and will ensure you receive a fully functioning item. This process may require photos, videos and additional information — your cooperation is appreciated and we will move as fast as possible on our end.


Storage & Delivery Availability

By placing an order with Prime Strength Co you confirm that you are ready to accept delivery. If you need your order to arrive on or after a specific date please contact us as early as possible — we are happy to accommodate your timeline.

If your order ships and you are unable to receive it the freight company reserves the right to return the merchandise to the warehouse and charge additional storage fees. Most freight carriers will not store items beyond 3-5 business days.

If your order is returned to the warehouse due to failed delivery you will be responsible for both the original and return shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee.

If the carrier charges additional storage, retaining or redelivery fees as a result of delivery unavailability you agree to cover those charges.


Refused Deliveries

If you refuse a delivery for any reason other than severe documented damage you will be responsible for all shipping costs to and from your location. Please be prepared to provide photos or videos evidencing the reason for refusal.

Refunds cannot be processed until the product has been returned to our warehouse which may take 2-3 weeks or longer depending on the carrier.


Additional Delivery & Assembly Options

Inside Delivery

If you require your equipment to be delivered to the nearest safe and dry accessible area inside your property rather than curbside this can be arranged for an additional cost. Contact us at info@primestrengthco.com prior to ordering to arrange and confirm pricing.

Professional Assembly Services

Prime Strength Co offers professional assembly services for applicable equipment. We recommend requesting a quote before ordering. If assembly is needed for an item already delivered contact us to arrange. Visit our Assembly Services page for more information.


Shipping Outside The Contiguous United States

We do not currently arrange shipping outside of the lower 48 contiguous United States. However we do have customers in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico who arrange their own freight forwarding from a location within the lower 48 states — typically California or Florida.

In these cases we are happy to ship to your nominated freight forwarder's address within the contiguous US. Please note we will not arrange freight forwarding on your behalf and will not be responsible for any additional costs, delays or damages associated with onward shipping beyond our delivery point.
